Lynete Dube is the founder of Tiding of Great Joy Ltd, with over 15 years’ experience in complex care. A qualified paediatric nurse holding a BSc in Nursing Studies, she spent two years at Great Ormond Street Hospital before moving into leadership and training. As a clinical skills trainer and operational lead, Lynete combines frontline expertise with strategic oversight, mobilising care packages across the UK. Her vision is rooted in dignity, equality, and empowerment, ensuring safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care.
